At Perfectly Organized by Francesca, we offer a full range of Airbnb property management cohost services to make it easier than ever to monetize your vacation and short-term rental properties. Whether you just need a hand with listing your property or want full service, including staging tips, bookings organization, guest communication and even cleaning services, we’ve got you covered.

An Airbnb cohost can handle many of the same tasks as a property manager but often shares the responsibilities with the host themselves. Within the Airbnb platform, the host can designate a cohost who will be able to build and edit the listing, message with guests, and even help coordinate cleaning services. All tasks will be handled through the cohost’s own account, meaning they would not have access to payments or other sensitive information located on the host account.

We offer a wide variety of services for the absentee homeowner no matter how long you’re gone for. Your home, standing vacant, is a beacon to criminals. We provide periodic visual inspections of your property to discover & report potential issues that can arise while you are away. SNOWBIRD BASIC SERVICE

Our “Snowbird Basic Service” includes Examination of all doors and windows to ensure they are locked and secure. We ensure all exterior and interior lights are working properly and check timers if needed. Landscape inspections. Plant watering, Pool and spa monitoring. Retrieve mail, flyers, and newspapers. Start and/or drive cars (if requested) Check and test the security system. Visually inspect all walls, windows, and ceilings for evidence of leaks, mold, and/or pests.
